- H LRecently a major pharmacy I was using changed the supplier source of my generic medication. I developed side effects from the new supplier generic medication and after consulting with my doctor requested the major pharmacy to obtain my subscription from the previous supplier manufacturer. They said they could not, and I was unable to find any major pharmacy that was willing to source my medication from the previous supplier manufacturer. However, when I visited Kings’ Pharmacy, I had an entirely different experience. The Pharmacist (David) listen to my dilemma, found a source for my previous supplier manufacturer and obtained my medication in a timely manner. I am very grateful to Kings’ pharmacy for their professional service when other pharmacies showed no indication to help.
- D SI have been extremely satisfied with the service I have received from David and staff at King's. Their customer service and support is exemplary. They go the extra mile for their customers. On more than one occasion, I was in need of picking up my prescription renewal because I was running out of medication but was not sure I would be able to make it to the store before they closed. They waited for me to ensure that I had my medication and that I would not go without. They are also great about following up with the doctor's office if a renewal requires doctor's authorization. I have nothing but great things to say about the customer service and support they provide. Thank you David and staff!
